I just discovered a website called freepik.com which has free backgrounds, icons, photos etc. Here’s a free vector file I got, they have tons of vector and psd files for download. Click here to get the vector file of the design above. It’s an eps file so you can import it to CorelDraw, Illustrator or other supported vector based software.
