I like simple typography and I came across the design above online with steps using Photoshop, I’d try this out soon. See steps below:
Step 1
Create a new document at 1920 x 1280 pixels and fill the background with the color #39312C. You can also use a Solid Color Fill Layer as your background to make the color easy to change later on.
Double click your background layer in the Layers palette and apply the following layer style settings.

After creating your Gradient Overlay, and with your Layer Style dialog still open, click and drag on your canvas to position the center point of the gradient in the top-center area of your background.
You should have something similar to the image below.

Step 2
Create a new Curves Adjustment Layer, and drag the center point of the curve down and to the right a bit.
Add a layer mask to your Adjustment Layer if it doesn’t already have one, and paint black in the center with a big, soft brush so that the Adjustment Layer only effects the outer corners of your image.
You should have something similar to the image below.

Step 3
Create your text using a script font. We’re using MetroScript, which isn’t free, but you can find a suitable alternative in the script font section on sites like DaFont.com.
Set the Fill of your text layer to 0% in the Layers palette, and apply the following Layer Style settings.
Make sure Use Global Light is unchecked, because some of our other effects use different lighting settings.

The colors used in our Gradient Overlay are #443C36 and #574D47.

You should have something similar to the image below.

Step 4
Create a block of text in capital letters using a plain, sans-serif font. Use the color #2D2520.
You can increase the tracking of your text in the Character palette to 250 for a more elegant look.
Apply the following Layer Style settings to make it look like it’s embedded in our background.

Final Design
You’re done! In only 4 steps we’ve made a delectable looking chocolate text effect in Photoshop.
You can easily go back and change things like the background and text colors for any number of smooth looking text effects.
