I really don’t have the exact answer to this but I can tell you what PC I work with and it’s been good so far. I usually work with a laptop (when I’m not at home or at the office) and a desktop. When I needed to get a new desktop I did my research and my options were either a Samsung or Lenovo brand – I ended up with a Samsung 21.5” ATIV One 5 Touchscreen All-in-One PC 1TB HDD DP500A2D. This isn’t a product/brand review so I’d be brief! I’ve been using this for about a year now and it cost about N160,000 (almost $800) at the time, I really haven’t had a lot issues with it and when I do there’s a Samsung online support center that helps. I have all my graphic editing software’s installed – CorelDraw, Adobe Suite etc and I’d say it responds fast unlike my laptop that can take up to 10 minutes to open heavy files. Here are the specifications below:
Operating System – Windows 8 (64-bit)
Processor – Intel® Core™ i3-3220T Processor (2.8GHz, 3MB)
Main Chipset – Intel® H61
Graphic – Integrated Graphics
Display – LCD, 21.5″ LED Full HD (1920 x 1080) 16:9 Touch screen
Memory: System Memory – 4GB (DDR3 1600MHz / 4GB X 1)
Memory Slot – 2 SODIMMs (Total 2 Slots) for DDR3
Storage – HDD, 1TB (5400rpm SATA2), ODD
Multimedia – Speaker, 14W Stereo Speaker (7W x 2)

Hope this gives you an idea of what specs to look out for when you want to get a computer.
